1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Mustr application and services operated by Product Craft LLC ("Mustr," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Mustr helps organizers fill games or events by managing invitations to regular participants and substitutes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and all activity under your account.

You may delete your account through the Service when available.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Free trial periods may be offered. Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the then-current rate.

Payments are handled through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Subscription terms, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the applicable app store. Refund requests should be directed to the applicable app store per their policies.

5. User Content

You may create content such as notes or messages visible within your group ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Mustr a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, abusive, or disruptive. We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms without notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Interfere with system integrity or security
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users

7. Beta Features

We may offer beta or early access features from time to time. Such features are provided "as is" without warranty and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

8. Suspension & Termination

Mustr may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, branding, and design, is owned by Product Craft LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mustr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Product Craft LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in class actions, except where prohibited by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes-such as modifications to data collection practices, subscription pricing, dispute resolution terms, or user rights-we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
